Remembering an active life in the service of our great nation:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Throughout his military career George Petrie was a role model of what a soldier should be. He took incredible risks to protect and save others in combat. He was always the first to volunteer to go on missions impossible. He was a devoted husband and father. Throughout his military career, he lived the words of Winston Churchill’s shortest speech, “Never give in, never give in, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!”
